I designed an industry leading CRM solution. The platform integrates with key systems, which includes the current VIN Decoder, and real-time integrations with suppliers like PGW, Mygrant, Pilkington, and Import Glass Corp. This enables live prices, availability, and electronic ordering of parts for seamless job fulfillment. To streamline operations, I designed administrator tools to assign users, and integrate with NAGS Data for part search and pricing.

Key features include the electronic invoice capability for third-party administrators such as LYNX, Safelite, and Quest, with EDI support to handle payment and rejection notices.

The platform will support a mobile application for iOS and Android, to enable remote updates by users and installers.
