In my current role, I am responsible for revamping the digital user experience for Brightline Trains. I provide a touchless, cashless web and mobile experience for the customers, as well as design and test UI elements and tools for the digital assets. I also adhere to style and brand standards, and provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.
The Contractor Assist mobile apps strive to make life for an HVAC professional easier, saving time and hassle through innovation.
The apps are available on the App Store and Google Play across 11 subsidiaries. Each app maintains the identity of the acquired business and continues to offer their product brand names. The apps create additional sales opportunities while providing an attractive exit strategy for the former owners of companies that are acquired.
Through B2C, customers have 24/7 availability, simplified shopping, access to a full catalog of products, up to date product information, transparent pricing and warranty look up.
My process is to identify customer needs, explore ideas with prototypes and collaborate closely with product managers and my team of engineers. I create process flows, oversee visual design stages, encourage simplicity and meet all requirements for the end user’s needs. Truck Delivery is a mobile app to help streamline warehouse operations. A network where drivers have access to instant trip quotes and shipment tracking.

Aeryus ChainPayments is an iOS mobile app for cryptocurrency payments for B2C, B2B and C2C. It is the first complete transactional network built for digital currencies.
Aeryus aims to enable cross chain transactional data to be normalized and presented in a mass adoption format. Users can perform transactions and operate contracts efficiently.
Credit for Comfort is a multi lender financing web app for closing residential and commercial jobs. It can be used on an Android or iOS device, and desktop.
The app offers same day approvals to help customers close more and bigger jobs. Customers have access to
competitive rates, paperless applications, live application status, submission alerts, ongoing support, and integrated Prime and 2nd Look.
Financing options have approvals down to 500 FICO scores. Technicians can text or email customers their application to fill out at their convenience, and on their own device.
